Proposal case for digitizing handwritten forms: Synthetic resin molding manufacturer.
A case study proposing the digitization of inspection logs to prevent omissions, mistakes, and non-compliance with standards in paper forms.
< Proposal Example for "Paperless Handwritten Forms" > ■ Industry: Manufacturer of stationery products such as synthetic resin molding ◎ Background for Adoption (Challenges in the Field) The company faced issues such as "too many handwritten forms, making management difficult with paper" and "wanting to prevent omissions, mistakes, and deviations from standards through alerts." ◎ Proposal Details We proposed a paperless inspection ledger where inspection results are entered on a tablet (general-purpose screen). If there are omissions, mistakes, or deviations from standards, the user is notified by being unable to proceed to the next screen, having the text highlighted in red, and triggering an alert. Additionally, when the ledger output button is pressed, the information entered on the tablet is linked to the customer-specified format for output. ⇒ Development is currently ongoing while coordinating with the customer. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
